The melodic writing reveals Granados at his height, and in the span of these four-minute songs he shows himself to be a master of musical rhetoric. Each piece builds and develops in an appropriate arc, sometimes with big, cathartic climaxes, sometimes with gentler gestures. In his Canciones Amatorias, Granados found a way to suggest the ballads of seventeenth-century Spain while indulging his high-Romantic nature ... Lo preguntaba porque como últimamente se echan broncas por el tema de las citas, no sé si puede o no  . Es que la portada
