Mozart - Le Nozze di Figaro
Lorenzo da Ponte’s libretto and Mozart’s music were to transform the stock characters of the opera buffa tradition into real human beings, making Le Nozze di Figaro one of the most sophisticated operas of all time. A charming, expressive and witty Figaro, Lorenzo Regazzo leads a sparkling cast to illustrate superbly the timeless humanity of this masterpiece. Mozart - Le nozze di Figaro (ROH)
In David McVicar’s spellbinding production of Le nozze di Figaro the break-down of the relationship between Finley’s suave, dashingly self-absorbed Count and Röschmann’s passionately dignified Countess lies at the heart of the opera. The struggle to rekindle their love contrasts tragic-comically with the sexy ease between a feisty Figaro (Erwin Schrott) and a sassy Susanna (Miah Persson) is starkly absent, and the tenacious spark that remains between Marcellina (Graciela Araya) and Bartolo (Jonathan Veira). Antonio Pappano conducts (and accompanies the recitatives) with invigorating wit and emotional depth, allowing the ensemble to capture the moments of dramatic tension to perfection and engaging fully with the rhythm of an already classic production, captured in High Definition video and surround sound.

Gracias por adelantado Del primero te puedo decir solo una cosa...si no lo has comprado intenta conseguir algo mejor...de ahi solo se salva el duque del marcelo Alvarez y.....lo de mas nada de nada...el segundo no puedo servirte de ayuda,no lo vi...pero a priori no aportara nada nuevo a las bodas,si puede consigue el film que corre por las tiendas con el Prey and company que estara mucho mejor seguramente. Insultantemente caros los tres Pero interesantísimas ambas Nozzes (mancantan ambas regies) Sobre el rigoletto no me pronuncio, pero si dice que contains nudity y los principales son Gavanelli, Alvarez y la sobrina de Amparo Baró, yo me lo pensaría muy mucho

Muchas gracias wotan74 y Ghiaurov por vuestra ayuda. Me olvido pues de este Rigoletto y entre ambas Nozzes, pues ya veré, lo mismo no acabo pidiendo ninguno. Es que voy a pedir otro título y bueno, pensé que pidiendo varios salía más a cuenta por los gastos de envio, en fín, ya veré como hago. Por cierto, alguien ha comprado alguna vez a Opus Arte? Si es así, qué tal, lo recomendáis?
